JIMMY CHOO
MADISON AVENUE, NEW YORK
Retail
PROJECT INFO
Located on the iconic Avenue Montaigne, famous for its luxury boutiques, this flagship Jimmy Choo boutique was the brand’s first store to showcase a new interior concept.
Here, Nebihe Cihan Studio worked very closely with the British luxury fashion house to conceive a contemporary space that looked in a fresh direction, with an emphasis on texture and the incorporation of finishes created in France.
These include plaster walls by Paris brand Tollis and elegant Versailles oak parquet flooring, which are set against a subtle palette of neutral tones for a simple yet stylish backdrop for Jimmy Choo’s stunning designs. Texture emerges by way of travertine backwalls and display plinths, a plush forest green rug and bouclé upholstery on Mathieu Lehanneur-designed sofas. Elsewhere, brass fixtures and furniture sourced by the studio complete this soothing boutique experience.
